Catherine B Fit had me swinging 16kg for 100 reps this morning for the first time.
My hair is scraped back, I’ve no make up on and I had a training session yesterday. I showed up fully on it today.
Years ago I would have been so self conscious about a video like this being posted online but today I am super proud of myself and what I have overcome to get back to health and fitness over the last few months! #lovemybody #selfloverevolution
